Returns Policy

At S.S. Convenience Distribution Ltd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns Eligibility

To qualify for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item was purchased within the last 30 days.
  • The item is unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item is in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
  • The product is not on our list of non-returnable items (see below).

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, beverages)
  • Personal care items (e.g., toiletries, cosmetics)
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Clearance or final sale items

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: To start the return process, please contact our customer service team at returns@ssconvenience.com or call us at 0800 413 024. You will receive instructions on how to return your item.
  2. Prepare Your Item: Safely package the item in its original packaging. Be sure to include your order number, return authorization form (if provided), and any relevant receipts.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@ssconvenience.com.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please:

  • Double-check your bank account.
  • Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you’ve done all of the above and still have not received your refund, contact us at refunds@ssconvenience.com.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For all other returns, shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
